Monesha Beckett Has Won Respect and Appreciation from
Supervisors in Just Two Years in District Clerk’s Office

Her hard work, dedication to her job and her reliability have been cited by the supervisors of Monesha Beckett, who is playing a key role in the transition of Family District Courts in the Digital Courts Project.

Just two years ago, Monesha was working for Wells Fargo Bank when she found an opportunity to work for the District Clerk’s office. She attributes her success thus far to always having a positive attitude, a genuine desire to learn and a willingness to do whatever is necessary to help implement the Digital Courts Project’s goals and make the process as smooth as possible.

Although she has encountered some reluctance regarding this landmark change in the way courts operate, she says she is very fortunate to work with a team of good people who truly care about Dallas County operations and the success of the District Clerk’s office.

Whether in school or on the job, Monesha says the values of being diligent and determined that were instilled in her by her parents and grandparents, Born, raised and educated in Dallas, Monesha returned to college this year to complete her degree, making all As while also working full-time, reflecting that diligence and determination that have helped along her every step of her journey.

Most of all, she credits her strong faith and family for her happiness and success.
